Support and Help

Start here for ABABA help. Public support is email-based; signed-in players can also send authenticated support tickets from inside the app.

Account and login

Use the in-app account screen for email verification, password reset, session review, cloud backup, and account deletion.

Password reset links are currently served by https://api.ababa.app/password-reset while utility pages remain on the API host.

Gameplay and sync

ABABA keeps solo progress local-first. If the API is unavailable, campaign, practice, and daily challenge play should still open normally.

Use cloud backup only after signing in. If a sync attempt fails, keep the app installed and contact support before clearing local data.

In-app tickets

Authenticated support tickets include your account email, ticket reason, subject, message, device/session label, and optional JPEG screenshots.

Public email is better for account-access problems. In-app tickets are better when you can still sign in and want the request tied to your account.
