Account Deletion

ABABA supports account deletion from inside the app and by public support request.

Last updated:

Fastest path: delete from the app

Open ABABA, sign in, go to Account, then use the account deletion flow.

The app asks for confirmation before deleting server-side account data tied to that account. This is the fastest path because it verifies that you control the account.

Web/email request path

If you cannot access the app, email support@ababa.app with the subject "ABABA account deletion request".

Use the email address linked to your ABABA account if possible. ABABA may ask for verification before deleting account-specific data.

What is deleted

Account identity, authentication sessions, Google identity links, verification/reset records, Android push tokens, cloud saves, leaderboard submissions, achievements, friendships, groups, chat membership, messages you sent, practice-lab shares/results, battle state, and account-linked telemetry are deleted or de-identified where tied to the account.

Support tickets may be de-identified rather than fully removed so ABABA can preserve support history without keeping the account link.

What stays local

The current device may keep existing progress as local guest data after account deletion.

Uninstalling the app or clearing app storage is a separate device-level action controlled by your device.

Limited retention

Some records may be retained when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, or operational integrity.

ABABA describes retention by category rather than fixed day counts because exact periods may vary by feature and operational need.
